Peoria Blacks Declare War on Whites, 60+ African Americans hit the streets chanting “Kill all the White people”

Original Post from Peoria Chronicle below.

Tonight, around 11 p.m., a group of at least 60-70 African American youth marched down one of the side streets (W. Thrush) to the 4 lane main drag (Sheridan). They were yelling threats to white residents. Things such as we need to kill alll the white people around here. They were physically intimidating anyone calling for help from the police. They were surrounding cars. Cars on the main drag had to slam on their brakes to either avoid the youth blocking not only all four lanes, but a large section of the side street as well. fights were breaking out among them. They were rushing residents who looked out their doors, going on to porches, yelling threats to people calling the police for help.

Cars were doing U turns on the streets just to avoid the mob, mostly male. One youth stated his grandfather was white and several assaulted him on the spot. Onepolice officer answered the call. The youth split into two large groups, one heading north, the other south. They were also yelling racial threats to the police officer but he was outnumbered. Another police car did not show up until after the youth finally dispersed and the patty wagon (van) also eventually showed up.

Residents are very shaken, both black and white alike. This is the fifth large mob action in about a month with smaller groups of 10-12 are out threatening children and adults a few evenings a week or later into the night. The times vary, even occuring during the day. In talking to the police officer, they are short staffed. Residents were advised to simply keep inside and to lock their doors. In other words buckle down, it’s not even safe to sit on your porch or go into your yards.

My take? These are the same youths that run our schools and these are the same that make our schools unsafe, can’t make state standards, and assault teachers and staff. Why? Because there are no repercussions for their actions. At District 150, many are slapped on the wrist or told they suffer econmic let down or whatever and must need help. Even the Chief of Police who tried to correct this type of mob action on the south side streets by issuing J-Walking tickets a few years back, slapped them by removing the tickets. Why? Because the NAACP bitched up a storm. These were poor mis-understood children.

Time has come for us to step up. Us, I mean law abiding citizens and no, I don’t mean grab the rifles and pitchforks. Two wrongs don’t make a right. No, I mean it’s time we citizens hold our elected leaders responsible and make, no, demand they take action and end this shit once and for all. I don’t care if they have to stuff 10 to a cell, but if they are doing this type of crap in our streets, then lock them up.

Aw, but our City Leaders are too damn busy balancing the budget, raising our taxes, making up new fees, paying developers for hotels so Peoria can join the cliché and have walkways to the Civic Center. They do this by laying off cops, fireman, and city street workers.

If we were smart, we would band together, rent a real nice bus from Peoria Charter coach, put some Rap videos on the tvs on the bus, pull up to Thrush and Sheridan and load these poor mis directed youth onto them and drive them deep into the 5th District and let them out near Picture Ridge. Watch how fast this is taken care of then.

Sixty or more young people fought and yelled racist comments at residents as they walked down Thrush Avenue toward Sheridan Road on Friday night, according to eyewitness accounts.

“They were yelling ‘We’re gonna kill all the white people, this is our neighborhood,’” said Paul Wilkinson, 45, a resident who has lived in the neighborhood for 11 years and witnessed the incident about 11 p.m. He relayed the information over the weekend to police, city council members and at least one local blogger.

A blog post about the incident at peoriachronicle.com in turn captured national attention online and found its way to websites such as the Drudge Report.

Peoria police Sunday confirmed there was an incident Friday night but said they were instructed not to comment on it. A desk sergeant said he had received calls on the story from media outlets in New York.

The mob covered all four lanes of Sheridan and the street on Thrush, Wilkinson said. A squad car with one police officer showed up quickly, and the group dispersed in two directions.

Wilkinson said the neighborhood has dealt with problems of drugs, guns and people fighting in the past but never anything that involved race. Since May 17, he has witnessed five incidents of groups either fighting or crowding the area in the neighborhood, he said.

Zimbabwe Is Dying, This Is What Happens When You Get Rid Of White Rule

The former breadbasket of Africa Rhodesia is now one of the worst countries on the continent. America helped the Niggers take over the country and kill the white farmers. Now look at the condition it is in. Hello Obama.  Goodbye White America. Welcome poverty. Thank the Jews.

If you want to see hell on earth, go to Zimbabwe where the madman Robert Mugabe has brought the country to such a state of ruin that medical care for most of the inhabitants has all but ceased to exist.

Life expectancy in Zimbabwe is now the lowest in the world: 37 years for men and 34 for women. A cholera epidemic is raging. People have become ill with anthrax after eating the decaying flesh of animals that had died from the disease. Power was lost to the morgue in the capital city of Harare, leaving the corpses to rot.

Most of the world is ignoring the agony of Zimbabwe, a once prosperous and medically advanced nation in southern Africa that is suffering from political and economic turmoil — and the brutality of Mugabe’s long and tyrannical reign.

The decline in health services over the past year has been staggering. An international team of doctors that conducted an “emergency assessment” of the state of medical care last month seemed stunned by the catastrophe they witnessed. The team was sponsored by Physicians for Human Rights. In their report, released this week, the doctors said:

“The collapse of Zimbabwe’s health system in 2008 is unprecedented in scale and scope. Public-sector hospitals have been shuttered since November 2008. The basic infrastructure for the maintenance of public health, particularly water and sanitation services, have abruptly deteriorated in the worsening political and economic climate.”

Doctors and nurses are trying to do what they can under the most harrowing of circumstances: facilities with no water, no functioning toilets and barely any medicine or supplies. The report quoted the director of a mission hospital:

“A major problem is the loss of life and fetal wastage we are seeing with obstetric patients. They come so late, the fetuses are already dead. We see women with eclampsia who have been seizing for 12 hours. There is no intensive care unit here, and now there is no intensive care in Harare.

“If we had intensive care, we know it would be immediately full of critically ill patients. As it is, they just die.”

Mugabe’s corrupt, violent and profoundly destructive reign has left Zim-babwe in shambles. It’s a nation overwhelmed by poverty, the H.I.V./AIDS pandemic and hyperinflation. Once considered the “breadbasket” of Africa, Zimbabwe is now a country that cannot feed its own people. The unemployment rate is higher than 80 percent. Malnutrition is widespread, as is fear.

A nurse told the Physicians for Human Rights team: “We are not supposed to have hunger in Zimbabwe. So even though we do see it, we cannot report it.”

Mugabe signed a power-sharing agreement a few months ago with a political opponent, Morgan Tsvangirai, who out-polled Mugabe in an election last March but did not win a majority of the votes. But continuing turmoil, including violent attacks by Mugabe’s supporters and allegations that Mugabe forces have engaged in torture, have prevented the agreement from taking effect.

The widespread skepticism that greeted Mugabe’s alleged willingness to share power only increased when he ranted, just last month: “I will never, never, never surrender … Zimbabwe is mine.”

Meanwhile, health care in Zimbabwe has fallen into the abyss. “This emergency is so grave that some entity needs to step in there and take over the health delivery system,” said Susannah Sirkin, the deputy director of Physicians for Human Rights.

In November, the primary public referral hospital in Harare, Parirenyatwa Hospital, shut down. Its medical school closed with it. The nightmare that forced the closings was spelled out in the report:

“The hospital had no running water since August of 2008. Toilets were overflowing, and patients and staff had nowhere to void — soon making the hospital uninhabitable. Parirenyatwa Hospital was closed four months into the cholera epidemic, arguably the worst of all possible times to have shut down public hospital access. Successful cholera care, treatment and control are impossible, however, in a facility without clean water and functioning toilets.”

The hospital’s surgical wards were closed in September. A doctor described the heartbreaking dilemma of having children in his care who he knew would die without surgery. “I have no pain medication,” he said, “some antibiotics, but no nurses … If I don’t operate, the patient will die. But if I do the surgery, the child will die also.”

What’s documented in the Physicians for Human Rights report is evidence of a shocking medical and human rights disaster that warrants a much wider public spotlight, and an intensified effort to mount an international humanitarian intervention.

Some organizations are already on the case, including Doctors Without Borders and Unicef. But Zimbabwe is dying, and much more is needed.

PEORIA —

A South Peoria woman pleaded guilty Monday to shooting at a man in January.

Cheryl Langford, 53, of 2015 W. Antoinette St. now faces either probation or up to 15 years in prison when sentenced on March 6. She remains free on bond pending that hearing.

As part of a deal with prosecutors, charges of attempted first-degree murder and aggravated battery with a firearm were dropped in return for Langford’s plea to aggravated discharge of a firearm.

Police were called to her home shortly before 5 a.m. on Jan. 4. They found Lewis R. Donley, 47, who also lives at the Antoinette Street home, shot and suffering from what police described as “life-threatening injuries.”

Assistant State’s Attorney Jodi Hoos said Langford and Donley had been married at some point and were arguing that day. The altercation turned violent, and Langford shot him six times with a .22-caliber revolver.

The prosecutor said cuts on Langford’s body, which she initially told police were caused by Donley, were actually self-inflicted.

PEORIA —

An Avanti’s delivery driver was robbed by two men Saturday night in the East Bluff.

The 26-year-old man was sent to 1904 N. Indiana Ave. to drop off an order. When he arrived in the area about 7 p.m., he was unable to find the address, which was because it didn’t exist, police later told him.

He called the number given with the order and the man on the line told him to go to another address in the 1900 block of Indiana Avenue, according to a police report. He didn’t see anyone approach the door at the home, and while waiting by his car, two men came from behind the residence and pointed a gun at him. One said, “Give me what you got,” the report stated.

The delivery man gave them an unknown amount of money from his pocket, and they also took money from inside his car, the report stated. Then, they ran east in an alley east of Nebraska Avenue.

PEORIA —

A 19-year-old man was arrested Sunday morning and booked on a charge of attempted murder in a double shooting that occurred late last month.

Darius L. Stewart of 304 E. Republic Ave. is accused of shooting Lamar Howard, 26, and Jay C. Brown, 25, both of Peoria, during an argument just before 11:30 p.m. Oct. 26 in the 1300 block of John H. Gwynn Jr. Avenue.

Stewart was arrested about 2:40 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of East Hightower Street and booked on a charge of unlawful use of a weapon. He was later booked on the attempted murder charge, as well as aggravated battery with a weapon.

He was being held Sunday at the Peoria County Jail.

The two victims were apparently arguing with three men outside a house when Stewart allegedly pulled out a handgun and began shooting at the two men, who ran into the home. Howard was found lying on the kitchen floor suffering from three gunshot wounds to the lower body and Brown made it into a bedroom, where he was found lying between the bed and a dresser suffering from five gunshot wounds, according to reports. They were both treated for the nonlife-threatening injuries at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.
